It is estimated at least 1 in 10 people will suffer from depression during their lifetime.
Sometimes just talking about something isn’t enough, sometimes it is just too much effort to talk. My use of the creative arts, drawing, sand tray, mediation, working outdoors amongst nature can offer another way of exploring feelings and ways of being.
By working together we can try and help you “out of the fog” or at least to recognise it when it is coming, by becoming more aware of what is going on in our body we can start to recognise mood changes and patterns which can lead to depression.
